Family photo sessions are 1-hour long, located in my residential photo studio or in (the best kept secret, shhhhh!) - a lush, beautiful tropical garden setting in Agoura Hills, California.

Family sessions are also available at your home, on the beach, at a local park…let's get creative for your outdoor family session!

The Guided Screening/Order Appointment - (the Same Day! ~1 - 2 Hours)
After our photo session you will be treated to the ultimate experience!
Image Selection Appointment
We will spend about a 1 - 2 hours selecting and reviewing the images from your family photo session, DIRECTLY AFTER THE SHOOT for immediate feedback on a wonderful large screen monitor (with the exception of an on-location shoot when we will schedule a separate appointment time.) Sit back and enjoy viewing your images as I help you compare the images side-by-side, to determine which images will best suit your needs.I will help you make your selections from our:

Custom framing is also available for your wall art

Artistically retouched prints
Custom slide shows

How many photos do you get for a family session?
Your family photos are priced individually, and are ala cart, so it is really up to you! We will discuss pricing at your portrait design session and plan to shoot for the products you think you would like to order.
How much should you spend on family photography?
Since our session is well planned, you will have a solid idea of your budget based on your product selection at our portrait design session, so there will be no surprises. You will leave with a price list and I will create the photo session based on your desires, all planned before we pick up the camera!

Ordering Images and Products
1 - 2 - Hour Ordering Session - By coming in, in advance for our portrait design session, you should be familiar with our products, which helps determine what we are shooting for (your goals, colors, sizes, vertical, horizontal…and where you want to use the images) and will help us with the ordering decision-making process.
Payment Options - Payment methods accepted are cash, check and major credit card.
In-Person Ordering - Family portrait orders are placed directly after your family photo session at the screening/order session which will speed up the process in getting your wonderful photo memories retouched and prepared for you!
Your Investment in Memories
Pricing - My clients investment starts at $650 for Agoura Hills studio photo shoots. If I go on location there is a location fee. A pricing menu will be provided to you and we will discuss your custom options.
Exquisite Heirloom Quality - We offer a variety of high-end products which range from archival gift prints to wall art, custom framing, custom cards and announcements, gallery-wrapped canvases, to albums, slide shows all beautifully retouched by Karen, our Master Retouch Artist.
