The total time is approximately 1.5 hours. This includes your shoot, professionally guided image selection where Karen personally helps you pick your best poses, and time for outfit or background changes. Session lengths by package:

• Bronze Mini — 15 minutes
• Silver Deluxe — 30 minutes
• Gold Deluxe — 45 minutes
• Platinum Deluxe — 60 minutes

Depending on the package you choose, you will receive 1, 2, or 3 finished headshots.

Retouched packages include both print-size and web-size JPG files for each photo, delivered via WeTransfer link sent to your email within 2–3 business days after retouching is complete. Each photo receives 2 hours of detailed master retouching.

Unretouched mini sessions (Bronze Mini, Residency) include web-size JPG files only, color corrected and cropped.

Premium Retouched Headshots — Each photo receives 2 hours of detailed master retouching including:

• Wrinkle and clothing crease smoothing
• Slenderizing
• Digital makeup
• Digital eyelashes
• Skin smoothing
• Stray hair removal
• Teeth and eye whitening
• Double chin removal

Unretouched Headshots — Photos are color corrected and cropped only. No retouching is applied. A budget-friendly option for actors or anyone who needs a quick professional headshot at a lower price point.

Solid colors work best — avoid busy patterns and logos. Dark solid colors are most slenderizing and photograph beautifully. Avoid bright white as your only layer. Bring 2–3 outfit options to your session.

Arrive with your hair and makeup done the way you normally would for an important meeting — natural and polished. Don't do anything drastically different from your everyday look. Karen adds digital makeup and digital eyelashes during retouching, so you don't need a full face of makeup for the shoot.

Sessions are prepaid and non-refundable. You may reschedule once at no charge with 48+ hours notice. Less than 48 hours notice incurs a $125 rescheduling fee. We accept VISA, MC, AMEX, and DISCOVER.
